The bed was comfortable and the breakfasts were very tasty. The sauna and swimming pool were also great amenities. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfect place for exploring Aktobe, loved it. We were met by AMAZING, beautiful personnel. The location is central. The breakfast is absolutely excellent, plenty of options. We were surprised by the garden too.

The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities including a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, which provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

We spent New Year's Eve in a hotel located in the heart of the city. The room was cozy and clean, with a great view of the city. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and the restaurant had a great selection of food and drinks. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, as we were able to easily explore the city and its attractions.

We did experience some issues during our stay. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent and there were some moments where the water pressure was low.
